If Pursuit was one of those Russian dolls, our values would be the little cute one you find right in the middle. They’re the very core of everything we do; guiding and shaping our pursuit from start to finish.
Relationships
Community and personal relationships underpin all that we do. We put the needs of others before ourselves and are stronger when we work together.
This is why we partner with local organisations, rather than wading in to try and fix problems all on our own. And this is why we’re not about just asking for money; we want you to join the pursuit with us, because we truly believe doing this together means we will all be changed for the better.
Innovation
We are creative in our approach, not letting the fear of making mistakes stop us from trying something new.
We’re not trying to be creative for creativity’s sake; we know that best practice is rarely achieved without fresh ideas, because the world is ever-changing and there’s always more to learn and get better. We’re about progress, not perfection, because we believe that sometimes you have to fail to move forward.
DIGNITY AND RESPECT
Our words and actions have power. We treat everyone with dignity and respect, recognising that we all add value with equal worth.
You’ll notice we think carefully about how we communicate – we might not tell you every single detail of a young person’s story, or use intense emotive language – because we always want to affirm, dignify and protect the people we support.

We tell the truth and are open about our motivations. We will be good stewards of what we have, strive to act ethically and take our social responsibility seriously.
